The Attach Excel File to Job button allows you to attach an Excel file to the PlanSwift job and stores it under Attachments.

To attach an Excel file to a job:

• Click on Attach Excel File to Job button on the Tools tab.
• Navigate to the location where the Excel file is stored.
• Click on the file to be attached.
• Click on Open.

The Excel file is stored in the Attachments window.

The Open Excel File in Job button allows you to easily open an Excel file. To open an Excel file:

• Click on the Open Excel File in Job button on the Tools tab.
• Navigate to where the Excel file is.
• Click on the Excel file to be opened.
• Click on Open. Excel will open the selected file.
