In the upper right corner of the Conditions Tab, the Quick Sum displays the number of Conditions currently being displayed or selected and the total dollar amount for those Conditions (as filtered using the Section, Area, or Type filters).
The Quick Sum changes to reflect only the Conditions that include quantity in the selected/active Area or Section filters.
The Quick Sum also updates based on the 'selected' Conditions (you can use the <Ctrl> and <Shift> keys on your keyboard and then click on one or more Conditions to select/de-select them)...
