The Add Pages tool allows you to add new Pages to the current Job, either from a file or blank. This tool also converts the file format is needed.
Adding Pages
To add Page(s) to a Job:
On the Pages Tab ribbon bar,
- Click the Add Pages button from the Pages Tab
- Select the type of Page you would like to add (with an image file or blank)

- Click Next
- Select the files to be added - tick the check box for every file you want to add
- Click Next
- Set the converter functions as needed
- Click Next
- Confirms you are ready to add the files - to make changes, click the Back button
- Click Finish to add the files.
PlanSwift indicates the progress - depending on the size and number of files this process may take several minutes.
When the process is complete, this box closes and you will see the new pages in the Pages, Bookmarks panel.
Blank Page
If you opt to add a blank page, you will be taken to this page allowing you to select options.
- Name the Page
- Set the Page’s dimensions
- Set the Page’s Scale (important for correct measurements)
- Click Finish
The blank page is added to your job.
