You can open and edit the Bid Cover Sheet from the Takeoff Tab.
In the right-side dockbar click the "Cover Sheet" tab. (That is the default location for the Cover Sheet tab, but it could be docked on any side of the Takeoff Window.)
The Cover Sheet pane slides open to make any changes click the 
button.
Opening the Cover Sheet from the Takeoff Tab opens this Bid's Cover Sheet. To edit the Project Information (shared between all Bids), you must return to the Projects and Bids List, and click the 
button for the Project (because changes to Project Information affect all Bids within the Project not just the Bid you are currently working in).
