To start percenting, the first thing you do is choose the floor (Page) that reflects where the work (labor) was performed.

Choose the Floor

Click on the Image Tab

Click the Page drop-down

Select the floor based on the page name (this is why it is helpful if the Project Manager collates drawings before sending out the Project).
