You can adjust Markups to an individual Section (this article) or for the entire Bid (next article).
To adjust a single Section's Markups:
Click the Markups Tab.
In the Bid/Section grid, click on the Section to adjust, the Markup Detail region shows you Section-specific costs/markups...
Make whatever changes are necessary to any of the markups on this screen, press <Enter> after typing in different values - all related (calculated) fields update automatically. See Related articles if you need to adjust Labor Burden. Only fields with white backgrounds can be adjusted.
Note
Notice - you cannot adjust the Tax/Burden for Labor when you have a specific section selected. You can use Labor Burden Override at the bid-level, but not on a single section. See Related Articles for more information about Labor Burden Override.Use the Previous and Next buttons to cycle through all listed Sections.
Click the Add Notes button to add notes related to the markups or any changes you make.
Changes are saved as soon as you hit <Enter> or click away from the field you are editing.
