To print all the Pages in a project,

On the Image Tab,

  • Click the Print button the print button looks like a printer - the Print Preview window displays
  • Set the Range to "All Pages"

Note

On-Screen Takeoff caches all pages locally during the print preview process. If there is a large number of pages in a project or the plans are complex, this could take several minutes. (Caching is basically storing a temporary copy of something on the local hard drive so it can be transmitted to the printer.)

  • Click the Print button print button with text - the Print Window displays
  • Make any necessary changes to the Printer Properties
  • Click Print - the project begins printing - remember, this can take several minutes or longer depending on how many pages are in the project, how complex they are and the computer and network resources available.

Note

Printing a large number of pages may use significant system resources (memory). If you experience problems printing ALL images, try printing a range of pages or one page at a time. Contact a professional IT person to determine if you computer's or printer's resources are adequate for your purposes.
