It's important to note production variances (weather, material delays, labor shortages/absences, etc.) when updating your Project. These Notes are transferred back to the Project Manager and become a historical reference for the Project.


checkbox Click on the Notes tab


checkbox Click on the Add button Add button (blue plus sign) at the bottom of the window


checkbox Enter notes


checkbox Click OK when done


DPC - how to add Notes to bid


Here you can enter job or production related notes that you want to document. You might also include material or subcontractor issues, or conversation notes related to owners, inspectors, subs, or employees. You should check with your project manager to determine anything else they might want entered here. The notes are time and date stamped, and can be invaluable in the future.
