Additional Markups are used to capture expenses that are not related to Material, Labor, Subs, Equipment, or Other expenses (those are defined in Bid/Section Markups/Indirect Expenses). Additional Markups are not associated with a specific Section or Division.

Additional Markups are usually overall job expenses such as permits and inspections.

To see the Additional Markups section of the Markups Tab, you may need to scroll down a bit, it is below the Markup Detail region.

on the Quick Bid Markups Tab, Additional Markups are shown at the bottom of the Tab, below Markup Details section
