Legends containing takeoff names and results may be placed on a page (the legend is not shown by default, however you can change the default in PlanSwift Settings). The legend is a great tool you can use when you share a print out of a page with takeoff.
To display the legend:
- Right-click on any un-digitized area on the plan image to display a right-click menu
- Click Show Legend; the checkmark indicates that it is currently visible (clicking a second time hides the legend)
The legend appears in the bottom-left corner of the plan.
- Adjust the size of the legend by clicking on the legend and dragging any of the eight selectable Points
- Move the legend by clicking and dragging on it
- Click on the legend and press DELete to remove it from a Page
- Press Ctrl + Z to undo any action performed on the legend
