There are several options available in the Item Grid via the Context Menu. Just right-click (or alt-click, if you are left-handed) within the Grid to see the choices available (they vary depending on where the right-click occurs).
Not all options shown in the graphic below show up on the context menu - only options relevant to the place where the right-click occurs are displayed/available.

| View Section List | Opens the Master Divisions/Sections list so you can change the Section for a line item. |
View Item List | Opens the Master Items list so you can choose an Item to insert or change a line item to another Item. |
View as Qty/Day (or Qty/Hr) | Toggles between Quantity per day/hour. |
View as Pcs/Day (or Pcs/Hr) or Cuts/Day (or Cuts/Hr) | When "View as Material Size" is active, toggles between Piece per day/hour. When "View as Cut Size" is active, toggles between Cuts per day/hour. |
View as Cut Size or View as Material Size | When the height of a line item is less than the size of the material, you can select "Cut Size" to see production based on the number of cuts required. |
View as Crew/Days (or Crew/Hrs) | Toggles between Crew days/hours. |
| New | Inserts a new, blank item row in the grid. |
| Delete | Deletes the currently selected row(s), cannot be undone. |
Cut, Copy, Paste | Cuts, copies, or pastes the selected rows. |
Show Decimal Places | Allows you to set the number of decimal places shown for columns that show quantities (OC, Layers, Qty, Mat. Price, Lab. Cost, Qty/day, Pcs or Cuts/day, Crew Hrs, and Material, Labor, and Item Totals. |
