You can adjust Markups to an individual Section (this article) or for the entire Bid (next article).
To adjust a single Section's Markups:
- Click the Markups Tab
- In the Bid/Section grid, click on the Section to adjust, the Markup Detail region shows you Section-specific costs/markups
- Make whatever changes are necessary to any of the markups on this screen, press <Enter> after typing in different values - all related (calculated) fields update automatically. See Related articles if you need to adjust Labor Burden. Only fields with white backgrounds can be adjusted.
Notice - you cannot adjust the Tax/Burden for Labor when you have a specific section selected. You can use Labor Burden Override at the bid-level, but not on a single section. See Related Articles for more information about Labor Burden Override.
- Use the Previous and Next buttons to cycle through all listed Sections.
- Click the Add Notes button to add notes related to the markups or any changes you make.
Changes are saved as soon as you hit <Enter> or click away from the field you are editing.
