Current Versions
There are two “current versions” of Quick Bid, based on how you activate/license the product. Be sure to download and install the current version.
If you use an e-mail address and password to log into Quick Bid to license it:
(4.99.05.155) Released: 2026-09-01
If you use an e-mail address and password to log into Quick Bid to apply your license (not just to log into a database), use this version.
Exe Installer
Most users will use the exe file to install the product:

MSI Package
If you receive an install error using the EXE or your IT department requires the MSI installer, use this link:

If you use a License Key or Server Code to license Quick Bid:

If you “activate” Quick Bid using a License Key (example: QB+0eaa4-9ea11-7a496-e8085-d871a)
or Server Code (example; QB@QJGHXG8VSWDR), use this version.

Recommendations
- We recommend that you check with your network administrator or IT department before downloading and installing any updates. Once installed, any database(s) accessed in this version cannot be accessed by users of prior versions.
- Backup your databases before installing this product.
- Users of SQL databases must advise their SQL Administrator before installing this upgrade - only an SQL "dbowner" can upgrade SQL databases.
- If you use a license manager to activate your product, check with your Systems Administrator before installing this upgrade to ensure they have activated a version-appropriate license on the server.
- After installing this program, you will need to Activate Your License by going to File > Check Authorization... and enter your new license information. For assistance activating your license, see the Related articles
