Now that you have your program and database Options setup (previous article), it is time to do a little more setup on your database - specifically, the Masters.

Job Statuses

Open Master > Job Statuses

Set your SOLD status to Lock Bid (this sets all bids in Sold status to read only)

Create a new status called "In Progress" (if it doesn't already exist)

Employees

Open Master > Employees

Add Project Manager and Foreman (or Foremen...)

Must include:

First and Last Name

e-mail address

Employee Number

Payroll Class
