Sometimes, you may be working on an older Bid, or you duplicate an older Bid but want to update it to the current pricing in your Masters. Quick Bid provides an option for updating Labor pricing in a Bid based on what your Master Items use. (See Related Articles if you are looking for instructions on refreshing Material Pricing.)
You can also use the "Update Unit Cost" option on the Context Menu to adjust the Prices/Wages for all filtered records by a set percentage. See Related Articles for information on using "Labor Adjust".
Refresh Payroll Wages (Labor)
To set Payroll Class Wages to what is stored in the Master Payroll Class setup,
- Click Bid > Refresh Payroll Wages
You are prompted to confirm the action.
Refreshing Payroll Wages cannot be undone.
Once you've updated the Payroll Wages, you can go back to the Payroll Tab and make any adjustments necessary.
