There are four reports in the Bid Reports category. These reports provide information about: selling price, Markup structure, and cost by Cost Code.
- Bid Cover Page Text prints the text entered on the Cover Sheet dialog, Preferences tab.
- Bid Summary report shows a list of all Conditions including their height, quantities, count, and unit selling prices for Material and Labor. Conditions may be broken out by Area, or by CSI section with sub-totals or grand totals. Duration may be expressed in hours or days. This report lists the selling price of items assigned at the Subs, Equip and Other Tabs.
- Section Markup report displays Material and Labor costs including Indirect Expenses, sales Tax on materials, Burdens on Labor and all other Markups applied to the cost. The cost information displayed is derived from the Condition Details. The Section Markup report prints in Landscape orientation due to the number of columns.
- Job Cost Summary report shows a complete breakdown of all Material and Labor costs by Cost Code. Labor cost is summarized by Labor Code and shows the quantity, unit cost, amount, and production (expressed in time) by line item. Material Cost is summarized by category showing the quantity, unit cost and amount. The Job Cost Summary report totals are After Tax, but Before Markup.
