The Quotes Tab shows you open Quotes for software purchase and maintenance renewals. The Order History Tab shows you paid invoices and expired maintenance Quotes.

On the Quotes Tab, you can view Quote and pay for software purchases and any annual subscription/maintenance renewals.
Click 
to be taken to a 3rd-party site where you can make your payments.
Order History
On the Order History Tab, you can see past payments and purchases as well as expired Quotes.
To see details about a item, just click the arrow next to it.
To pay an expired Quote, please contact your Customer Success Manager, shown on the Home Tab.
