When you're working in the Project Express Tab, we recommend that you check for updates periodically as the screen does not auto-refresh (while you're on the Tab).
Refreshing the Inbox and/or Outbox ensures the most current information is displayed.
The Inbox and Outbox are refreshed separately - click the Refresh button next to the Current Folder drop down menu.

Your Maintenance Subscription and Project Express account information are checked every time the Project Express Tab is refreshed. If you have not renewed your Maintenance Subscription, the Support Subscription Expired error is shown, contact our Client Services group at 866-426-2447 to renew your Maintenance Agreement.Each time the Project Express Tab is updated, the user is prompted to enter login credentials for Project Express unless you click the Remember my Password option.
The Project Express Tab automatically refreshes the Inbox and Outbox each time the Tab is selected.
