The Resources and Trending Tabs provide you with “at your fingers” resources.
In On-Screen Takeoff 3.98.18.03, we replaced the MyOnCenter Tab with two new tabs:
- Resources - this currently loads the new knowledge base so you can find help online quickly, in the future, we’ll add in some onboarding and training aids.
- Trending - this shows ConstructConnect news such as upcoming webinars, economic forecasts, training opportunities, and other company news we think you’ll find useful and informative.
Resources Tab
The Resources Tab provides you convenient access to the On-Screen Takeoff section of the ConstructConnect Help site so you can find the resources (catchy name, right?) you need to get the most out of your favorite takeoff software.
In the knowledgebase, you can access articles, FAQs, and training videos designed to help new users get up and running or, if you’re experienced with the application get MORE out of the application.
Clicking on links within articles viewed on the Resources Tab opens them in a pop-up browser window, clicking on the Previous and Next article links at the bottom of User Guide articles opens them in the Resources Tab,
Trending Tab
The Trending Tab includes helpful tips, tricks, and FAQs, links to Support and Training resources, and other helpful links. Content includes training videos, industry news, and new product information. Content is updated regularly so be sure to check this Tab often.
Clicking on any link on the Trending Tab opens a pop-up web browser.
For licensed users, after you open On Screen Takeoff five (5) times, your view defaults to the Projects Tab instead of the Trending Tab, until there is an update to the content on the Trending Tab.
