Comments are similar to Notes (previous article) but are added directly the Pages.

Creating and Replying to Comments is reserved for Takeoff Mode onlyComments allow you to keep this back-and-forth conversation as part of your Bid. Comments become a permanent record within your Bid (they can only be deleted if the Page is deleted in Takeoff Mode).
You can view Comments on the Image Tab, in on the Comments subtab in the Cost Codes Windows.
Notes
You cannot add or reply to Comments in DPC Mode. Return to the Cost Codes sub tab and flip the Bid back to Takeoff Mode to Add New or Reply to existing Comments. See the On-Screen Takeoff User Guide for details: On-Screen Takeoff - 17.08 - Comments Overview.
On some monitors, the text may get cut off - just resize the width of the Cost Codes window and you should be able to see the entire Comment and Replies.
