Source Portal gives architects and other project sources one place to see the projects connected to their company in ConstructConnect. Your main workspace is the My Company Projects page.
What you can see on the My Company Projects page
Each row in the project list represents a project your company has shared with ConstructConnect. The table includes these columns:
- Project Name, the name of the project as submitted
- Status, the current stage of the project
- Bid Date, the bid due date, if one was entered
- Location, the city, state, and ZIP Code
- Submitted, the date the project was submitted
- Views, the total number of subscriber views
- Last Updated, the date the project record was last updated
Find a project
- Go to My Company Projects.
- Use the search box above the table to search by project name.
- Use the tabs above the table to filter the list by status.
Available tabs include All, Published, Processing, Under Review, Draft, and Archive.
Sort or export your project list
- Click any column header to sort the list.
- Click the same header again to reverse the sort order.

To open a project, click anywhere on its row. This takes you to the project detail page, where you can review project information, documents, and activity tied to that project.
Understand project statuses
The status column helps you understand where each project stands.
- Draft: You started a submission, but have not submitted it yet.
- Processing: Your submission was received and is being reviewed.
- Under Review: The project is in editorial review before publication.
- Published: The project is live and visible to subscribers.
- Archive: The project has been archived from your active list, but it is not deleted.
