You can add a new, non-estimated Cost Code to your project anytime to account for unexpected labor or job site labor not associated with Takeoff.

checkbox Click the Add New Cost Code button Add New Cost Code button

checkbox Select from the Cost Code List. The non-estimated cost code will be added to the list under all the normal, estimated Cost Codes.

Indirect Expenses

If your project includes "Indirect Expenses" (from Quick Bid), these are automatically percented based on labor (hours) allocated against the related Labor Cost Code. See Related articles for more information.
