Training Location Flexibility
Classroom Training purchases are not restricted to a particular geographic location. Upon purchase, registrants may select from any then available training locations listed by ConstructConnect for applicable product. ConstructConnect may update or add available locations periodically, including on a quarterly basis.
Rescheduling Policy
Registrants may request to reschedule their training session by providing written notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled training start date. Requests received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date may be denied at ConstructConnect’s sole discretion.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All Classroom Training purchases are non-refundable, except where ConstructConnect cancels the applicable training session. ConstructConnect reserves the right to cancel any training session that fails to meet the minimum attendance requirements. Cancellation notices will be issued no later than six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled session start date.
Options Upon Cancellation by ConstructConnect
In the event ConstructConnect cancels a training session, registered participants may elect one (1) of the following options:
- Reschedule to another available classroom training sessions, including an alternate date and/or location; or
- Retain a training credit for use towards a future classroom training session; or
- Transfer registration to an equivalent set of virtual training sessions delivered online (duration may vary by product, typically 1-2 hours); or
- Receive a full refund of the training fee
Travel and Liability Disclaimer
ConstructConnect shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by registrants in connection with travel, lodging, meals, or related arrangements. Registrants are solely responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance to cover potential schedule changes, cancellations or other disruptions.
