Malware

Malicious software used to disrupt computer operations, gather sensitive information, gain access to private computer systems or display unwanted advertising.

Markups

Additional costs added to Material and Labor expenses such as Tax and Burden. Also, Indirect Expenses such as Stocking, Cleaning, Per Diem, and Supervision can be called Markups. Expenses not associated with Materials or Labor are sometimes called "Additional Markups".

Master Planner

Handles design of a building’s mechanical systems.

Meeting Attendance Form

A form consisting of three columns (individuals name, individuals title, and company the individual represents). This form is given to all persons attending any meeting. Each person attending the meeting will complete their respective information. The date of the meeting should be included for reference.

Meeting Notes

A written report consisting of a project number, project name, meeting date and time, meeting place, meeting subject, a list of persons attending, and a list of actions taken and/or discussed during the meeting. Generally, this report is distributed to all persons attending the meeting and any other person having an interest in the meeting.

Milestone

An activity with a duration of zero (0) and by which progress of the project is measured. A milestone is an informational marker only; it does not affect scheduling.

Mixed-use

A building containing residential and commercial space.

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Once a new customer is acquired a new customer, there is recurring revenue. This helps eliminate one-off sales.

Development containing residential units for multiple tenants (apartments, condos, townhomes).
