Forgot Your Password?

If you forgot your password for PlanSwift or the MyAccount Portal (same password), on the login Page,

  • Click Forgot Your Password

MyAccount - Click the Forgot password link

  • Enter your registered e-mail and click Send Password Reset Link

MyAccount - Enter your e-mail address to receive a link to reset your password

Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive to set a new Password for your MyAccount profile.

Change Your Password

When you are logged into the MyAccount Portal,

  • Click My User

MyAccount - Change password

  • Click on Change Password
  • Enter your Current Password and your New Password and confirm your new Password

MyAccount - change and confirm password

  • Click SAVE
