We are excited to introduce some new updates to ConstructConnect Project Intelligence (CCPI). All CCPI Pro users will now have beta access to Modernized Search and the new Document Viewer - a preview of the new experience that will roll out next year.
Modernized Search
Improved Filters

Project Category: Previously known as “Building Use,” now offers a search bar and better organization of selections.

Trade: Includes CSI codes to make choices simpler.

Date Filters: Set custom date ranges with Last Updated and Bid Date filters (with more date filters coming soon).

Project Location and Company Location: Find projects and companies by location with more refined options.

Project Status: Makes your workflow easier with clear categories.
Improved Keyword Search

More control over your searches with AND, OR, NOT, and wildcard operators.

Search In options are simplified to Name, Details, and Documents, with Details as the default selection.

Default searches are now Smart Searches, and you can run an exact search using quotation marks around your search term.

New Document Viewer
Zoom Options

Marquee Zoom: Focus on specific parts of a document.

Fullscreen: View documents from a broader view.

Fit to Page/Fit to Width: Fit the document to the screen height or width.
Download Options

Download documents as one combined multi-page PDF or separate PDFs in a ZIP file.
Matching Documents

Highlights search terms and shows matching documents in the Matching Only tab.
Scrolling Preferences

For multi-page Specifications, choose Single Page Scroll to view one page at a time or Continuous Scroll for smooth reading.
