Starting today the Project Feedback feature is available for all ConstructConnect Project Intelligence (CCPI) customers. The Project Feedback button is above the Events section of the Project Details Page of a subscription project (shown below).
When a user clicks on the button, a flyout window will open, allowing the user to provide feedback to the ConstructConnect content team about that project. Users can select a reason for their feedback from a dropdown menu (i.e., missing project, post-bid results needed, update timelines, etc.)
After a customer submits their reason code and any other relevant notes, their feedback is delivered to our content team for review and further research.
