Is it possible for more than one person to work on a PlanSwift Job concurrently?

In a word, "No".
More than one user accessing the same Job File will corrupt the file. You could lose the entire Job or the data could be incorrect.
Even if your Data Storage Location is on a shared network drive, only one person should ever open a Job at the same time.
Resolution
Each person works on their own copy of the Job (copy the job, then edit the Properties of the Job to reflect each person’s name and/or what section of the Job (pages, Divisions, etc.) they are working on.
When they’ve all completed their part of the Job, follow the instructions in Related Articles to merge them.
Merging Jobs is a fairly complicated process, but if you follow the instructions, you’ll be fine.
