Issue
After installing or updating Prolog Manager, you receive a General Exception Error when selecting the Markup Tab in Quick Bid.
Cause
During the upgrade installation of Prolog Manager, a shared system file is overwritten with an older version of the file. The shared system file is MSChrt20.ocx.
Resolution
First, please contact the provider of ProLog Manager and let them know their installation is overwriting shared system files with an older version of the file.
Second, to resolve this issue, perform the following steps.
- Close Quick Bid
- Uninstall Quick Bid
- Re-install Quick Bid
- Reopen the applications - both should work.
