Many user questions (How to's) can be answered in each product's Training Videos and User Guides (see the main page where you can select a product for tailored support). Training Videos and User Guide links are available on the Getting Started tab in each takeoff application and under the Help or "Me" menus, and included in Related Articles, for your convenience.

Our Customer Service representatives are committed to providing assistance at the highest level of service, which includes hearing from you, our customer. If you need help upgrading your subscription, canceling your subscription, or adding licenses to your account, you can contact our dedicated Customer Service team one of the following ways:

Please note that phone support is not available during all U.S. and Canadian major holidays.

For account set-up, additional training, or complex user or application-specific issues, your customer support representative can provide additional assistance via remote login during your phone session. Each remote session is recorded and marked with a time and date stamp. The account rep conducting your remote session will also be noted, along with the reason for accessing your account.

Every remote session is available for exactly 90 days in your account history. However, should you want a transcript of your remote session, you can download a CSV file from your account, or it can be made available upon request by emailing customerservice@constructconnect.com.
