Lookups Options
The Lookups tab sets various Contact Types for different Lookups used in Quick Bid. For example, when Quick Bid expects you to assign a Supplier, you can designate the "Contact Type" that should be considered a "Supplier" when you click the Lookup button 
.
Basically, the Lookups options map program fields (such as "Suppliers") to Contact Types in the database. The defaults should suit most users - there is no need to configure these unless your organization, for example, calls "Suppliers" something different.
To customize Lookups,
- Click Tools > Options to open the Options dialog
- Click on the "Lookups" tab
These are Database options and affect the active, current database only. Other databases may have other settings.
