There are several ways Pages can be deleted:
- You intentionally delete them from the Plan Organizer (next article)
- You Might Cause Pages to be Deleted by Deleting a Unique Plan
- You Might Cause Pages to be Deleted by Deleting a Plan Set
- You Might Cause Pages to be Deleted by Deactivating a Plan Set
- You Might Cause Pages to be Delete if you match revisions of a Plan after saving a Revision Plan Set (already covered)
Let's look at how to remove/delete a Page intentionally.
Deleting a Page deletes it from every Bid in this Project that uses the Plan Set, it doesn’t necessarily just delete it from the Bid from which you opened the Plan Organizer.
Deleting a Page deletes everything on the Page, everywhere the Page exists including takeoff, annotations, file attachments, Punch Items, etc.
If in doubt, do not delete a Page!
