Downloading documents
At the top of the document tree,
- If you haven't selected (checked) any documents in the Document Tree, you'll see the "Download All" button.
- If you select one or more documents in the Document Tree (click their checkbox...), the button changes to "Download Selected"
Click the button to download the document(s). First, Document Viewer compresses them into a Zip archive - this may take several minutes, depending on the number of files being downloaded. An indicator displays in the bottom-right corner to show you the progress.
Once all the documents are packed up, a "Save as" dialog opens. Navigator to the location where you want to save the Zip file and update its name as needed.
Then, browse to that location and right-click the Zip file and select "Extract..."
If you use ConstructConnect Takeoff, On-Screen Takeoff, or PlanSwift, you can send project documents directly to your takeoff application. See Related Articles for details.
