Sending Project Documents to Takeoff Applications
In addition to downloading documents into a Zip file (DV - Downloading Documents from Document Viewer, from Document Viewer, you can send project Plans, Specifications, and other project documents to your favorite takeoff software or open the project directly in ConstructConnect Takeoff, On-Screen Takeoff, or PlanSwift.

Opening a Project in ConstructConnect Takeoff
If your company owns licenses for ConstructConnect Takeoff, in Bid Center/Project Intelligence, you’ll see the 
button in the Documents section...
In Document Viewer, you'll see the "ConstructConnect Takeoff" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Click either the Send to Takeoff or the ConstructConnect Takeoff button and the project is sent to the Takeoff cloud so it can be opened it ConstructConnect. Once prepared, you’ll see a pop-up advising you to confirm you want to send the project to ConstructConnect.
Click Open ConstructConnect Takeoff if you already have CCTO installed (if you have not installed ConstructConnect Takeoff, click the link below that button to download and install CCTO, then return to this page).
When you click Open ConstructConnect Takeoff, you’ll usually see a prompt such as this...
ConstructConnect Takeoff launches (if it isn’t running already) and your Project is opened automatically to the first Page.
It may take a few minutes for all Pages to be downloaded and become available.
When updated project documents are posted to this Project, these changes are automatically reflected in the project in ConstructConnect Takeoff. Updates are shown as additional Plan Sets/Revisions of Pages.

Opening a Platform Project in On-Screen Takeoff or PlanSwift
First, select the plans and documents you want to download in the Document Tree (if you don't select any, all documents are sent to the takeoff app).
Next, click the “Open With” drop-down.
Select an option to continue.

When updated project documents are posted to this Project in the Platform, you must manually download and match them to existing Pages.
