What is changing for my organization?
Your company is moving from an older license based system (Flexera) to a new email based login through GCIP for ConstructConnect. This gives your team:

A single shared workspace (organization) across products

Unified access and credentials

AI powered tools in On-Screen Takeoff

Better visibility and control through the User Management Portal (UMP)
What you need to do

Log in to Bid Center at constructconnect.com.

Share every project you want to keep with your admin.

Let them know when they are finished.

After you share your projects, your Admin will send you an invitation to the new Org, go ahead and accept it and set up your new ConstructConnect account

You’ll see your old projects in the new org
What happens if a user accepts the invitation before sharing projects?
If a Bid Center user accepts their invitation to the new org before sharing their projects:

Their projects remain in the old organization.

There is no automated recovery process.
If this happens, contact ConstructConnect Support as soon as possible at 877-422-8665 or customercare@constructconnect.com so the team can review options with you.
