Your existing projects, settings, and workflows stay exactly as they are, and the update is included at no extra cost if you're on a maintenance or subscription plan.
What is changing for my organization?
Your company is moving from an older license based system (Flexera) to a new email based login through GCIP for ConstructConnect. This gives your team:

A single shared workspace (organization) across products

Unified access and credentials

Better visibility and control through the User Management Portal (UMP)
As the Org Admin, Before Inviting Users, You Must:

Complete your own account set-up (you should have received an e-mail from ConstructConnect to complete this)

Send a message to all your On-Screen Takeoff users with a link to this FAQ: Moving your Bid Center projects to your new ConstructConnect organization

Ask them to let you know when they are finished

Invite them to join your Platform Organization and assign them a takeoff license
What happens if a user accepts the invitation before sharing projects?
If a Bid Center user accepts an invitation to the new org before sharing their projects:

Their projects remain in the old organization.

There is no automated recovery process.
