Three updates for Project Intelligence Professional and Premium customers help you find better-fit projects, keep your team in the loop, and stay on top of your pipeline.
Introducing Search Assist
Describe the projects you want in plain language, and Search Assist applies the right keywords and filters for you. If your results aren't a good fit, say why, such as "too broad" or "outside my target market," and it can suggest changes without making you start over.
-
Build a search without learning filter names.
-
Fine-tune an existing search in a few words.
-
Ask a quick question about Project Intelligence and get a link to the related help article.
To get started, look for the Help Me Search button next to the keyword bar.
Assignment Notifications
Know the moment a teammate hands you a project. When a project is assigned to you, you'll get an in-app notification and an email, so you can review it and act quickly.
-
To assign a project, open it, go to the My Activity tab, and choose a teammate in the Assignee field.
-
Find every project assigned to you in Bid Center.
-
Both notifications are on by default, but you can change them in your notification settings.
Mark Projects and Companies as Viewed or Not Viewed
Opened a project by accident? Want to circle back to a company later? You can now choose what's Marked as Viewed. Not Viewed projects and companies appear in bold, so the ones that still need your attention stand out.
-
Use the three-dot menu on a single project or company or select several and update them all at once.
-
Available on the Search page for both project and company results, and in your Bid Center project list.
